miniRunAs - run a program as another user

miniRunAs is a windows command line utility to launch another process as a specified user, with option to override the PATH enviroment. Originally by Christian d'Heureuse.

Just run the .exe without arguments for instructions. If the supplied instructions aren't sufficient, nobody can help you.
